This is awesome. I definitely need to add something like this to the apartment that I’d designing in Tribeca. What’s this about an apartment, you ask? It’s going to be an industrial style loft. Two bedrooms minimum, exposed office in the loft, modern kitchen with slate counter-tops and a chalkboard wall, and of course exposed beams and bricks. I’ve narrowed the neighborhood down, but I’m still carefully selecting the specific street. As of now I’ve got my eyes on North Moore Street, Leonard Street, and Hudson Street. Construction on the apartment will begin at some point in the next 8 years, with a finish date set for December 28th, 2021 — my 35th birthday. I will keep you updated on the status. In the meantime, you can check out my DESIGN board on Pinterest to get a sense of what it will look like.

Market Your Business on Pinterest

This article makes me feel a little bit better about recently spending a solid 4-5 hours per day on Pinterest. I’ve found myself obsessed. Not exactly sure what it is about it that appeals to me so much. Perhaps it satisfies my need to organize and keep track of things neatly without having an actual cork board cluttered up on the wall in my room. I get inspirations for all sorts of things on Pinterest, and now it seems I can channel that to market my “brand” — so stay tuned.
